Why choose a build & land package?

Build and Land Packages are all about you being able to choose your own architectural designer.  You may have a designer you have used in the past or have a friend who highly recommends there designer.  If your happy we are happy.  

What is a Build & Land package?

A Build and Land Package is when you purchase your section from the team at Thorncombe Park, have your own designer draw your house plans and then the build team turns your plans into reality.

How it works...

 The first step is to contact us for an obligation free chat. We will run you through the sections we have available.  Once you have selected a section it will be up to you to organise your house plans with a designer of your choice.  We are happy to provide any support you require through this process.  Once you have your plans finished we will provide you will a quote for your new home build.
